A2RA Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 18, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the A2RA Premium Leadership Report provided by ActionAblist, a Virginia sole proprietorship operated by Dr. Marina Theodotou (“ActionAblist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Digital Product and Immediate Delivery

The A2RA Premium Leadership Report is a personalized digital product generated from information submitted by the purchaser through the A2RA assessment.

The report is made available immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. Because the report is personalized and digital delivery begins immediately, purchases are generally final once report generation has begun or the report has been made available for viewing, delivery, or download.

2. Refunds We May Approve

A refund may be issued when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same report;

  • Payment was successfully processed, but the Premium Leadership Report was not generated or delivered;

  • A material technical defect prevents you from accessing the report and ActionAblist is unable to correct the problem within a reasonable period;

  • An incorrect tax amount was collected and a refund is required to correct the transaction; or

  • A refund is required under applicable law.

Before issuing a refund for a technical problem, ActionAblist may attempt to restore access, regenerate the report, or provide the report through an alternative delivery method.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where required by law, refunds will not be provided because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the report;

  • You disagree with or are dissatisfied with the assessment findings, scores, risk classifications, recommendations, or readiness thresholds;

  • You submitted inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information;

  • You failed to read, download, save, or use the report;

  • The report identifies risks, gaps, vulnerabilities, or obligations that you did not anticipate;

  • Your organization decides not to implement the recommendations;

  • A law, policy, standard, framework, or regulatory interpretation changes after the report is generated; or

  • You purchased the report without obtaining any internal authorization required by your organization.

4. European Union and United Kingdom Consumers

Where applicable consumer law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, ActionAblist will request your express consent to begin supplying the Premium Leadership Report immediately.

By giving that consent and acknowledging that immediate digital delivery will begin, you understand that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once generation or delivery of the digital content begins.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have where the digital content is defective, materially different from its description, inaccessible, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable consumer law.

5. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through the ActionAblist contact page within seven calendar days of the transaction.

Please provide:

  • Your name;

  • The email address used for the purchase;

  • The transaction date;

  • The reason for the request; and

  • Any relevant screenshots or technical information.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

6. Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by Stripe, your financial institution, and the applicable payment network.

ActionAblist is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact ActionAblist before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of access to A2RA and related ActionAblist services.
